A cell-permeable green fluorescent probe for dsDNA

The sensitive and selective detection of nucleic acids is important for basic research and many applied fields. Herein, a novel green DEAB-TO-1 was designed and synthesized. DEAB-TO-1 shows significant fluorescence enhancement (800-fold) when bound to ctDNA and a distinct selectivity for dsDNA over RNA (5.9 times). Moreover, the limit of detection is 0.57 ng/mL. It is live-cell-permeant DNA intecalator, indicating a promising candidate for nucleus-specific imaging and a good counter-stain compatibility with other dyes.     

Structure elucidation and NMR assignment of two new eudesmane derivatives from Merremia yunnanensis

Two new eudesmane derivatives, 1α,6β,9β-trihydroxy-eudesm-3-ene-1-O-β-d -glucopyranoside ( 1 ) and 1α,6β,9β-trihydroxy-eudesm-3-ene-1-(6-cinnamoyl)-O-β-d -glucopyranoside ( 2 ) were discovered from Merremia yunnanensis. The structures were elucidated by analysis of their spectroscopic data including HR-ESI-MS, 1D, and 2D NMR. It should be noted that this is the first report about structure elucidation and NMR assignment of compounds from M. yunnanensis.     

基于回波平移序列的快速三维磁共振温度成像方法

高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）是一种无创的热消融疗法，为保证其安全性和有效性，需要一种精度高、速度快的测温方法在其治疗过程中对温度进行监控.基于质子共振频率位移（PRFS）的磁共振温度成像（MRT）对温度具有较高的灵敏度，且与温度具有良好的线性关系，因此常被用于引导HIFU治疗.然而在实际应用中，HIFU治疗的最大隐患在于可能造成表皮灼伤，并且灼伤区域可能与焦点区域相隔较远.因此MRT的监控范围十分重要.本文基于三维回波平移成像序列，结合可控混叠的空间并行成像技术，实现了时间分辨率为3 s的快速三维温度成像.为了验证该方法的精度，本文首先设计了仿体降温实验，利用光纤温度计验证回波平移序列测温的准确度和精确度.然后在室温条件下扫描离体猪肉组织，对比加速前后的MRT的测温精确度.在HIFU加热条件下扫描离体猪肉组织，对比加速前后的MRT的测温准确度.结果显示，本文提出的方法可以在3 s内完成三维温度精准测量，对于HIFU治疗的安全监控具有重要意义.     

Palladium complexes bearing an N‐heterocyclic carbene–sulfonamide ligand for cooligomerization of ethylene and polar monomers

Herein, we report the synthesis of palladium complexes bearing an N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC)‐sulfonamide bidentate ligand and their application in ethylene oligomerization and ethylene/polar monomer cooligomerization. These catalysts could smoothly catalyze ethylene oligomerization and ethylene/methyl acrylate cooligomerization albeit the performance was lower compared to that of a NHC–phenoxide catalyst. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Copper-Catalyzed Trifunctionalization of Alkynes: Rapid Formation of Oxindoles Bearing Geminal Diboronates

A copper-catalyzed trifunctionalization of alkynes that provides rapid access to oxindoles bearing a geminal diboronate side chain, highlighted by the simultaneous formation of one C−C bond and two C−B bonds, is reported. This new reaction features simple reaction conditions (ligand-free catalysis), a general substrate scope, and excellent chemoselectivity. Mechanistic study revealed a reaction sequence constituted by, in the order, borylation, intramolecular cross-coupling, hydroboration, which has been rarely documented.     

An Intrinsic Photothermal Liquid for Light Detection and Energy Storage

Photothermal materials (PTMs) have been intensively investigated in the fields of photothermal conversion. Superior to solid PTMs, liquid PTMs are leading the trends in satisfying the demands of high flexibility and easy recycling. Successful examples of liquid PTMs are mostly formulated by dispersing solid PTMs in solvents, but suffer from the problems of phase segregation and solvent pollution. In this work, a low-cost formulation is proposed, which involves an oxidative product of ethyl oleate by iodine. It is an intrinsic liquid PTM, preserving the fluidic nature as well as possessing considerable ability for photothermal conversion. In addition to understanding the mechanism of light absorption in the visible and even near infrared windows, two examples are presented to demonstrate the great potential of liquid PTMs in broad areas such as light sensing and energy storage.     

Panisuffrutin A,a highly degraded seco-triterpene derivative from Paeonia suffruticosa var. papaveracea (Andr.) Kerner

Panisuffrutin A (1), a highly degraded seco-triterpene derivative, together with the known palbinone, has been isolated from the whole plant Paeonia suffruticosa var. papaveracea (Andr.) Kerner. The structure with absolute configuration of 1 was determined via comprehensive NMR and MS analyses, as well as NMR and ECD calculations. A plausible biosynthetic pathway for 1 was proposed. Compound 1 showed weak cytotoxicity against Hela cancer cell line with an IC₅₀ value of 26.2 μM, while palbinone exhibited a moderate inhibition on NO production with an IC₅₀ of 18.3 μM.     

低温固相反应法制备钠快离子导体NaZr2(PO4)3粉体

为了进一步促进钠快离子导体磷酸锆钠(NaZr2(PO4)3)粉体的实际应用,本文提出了一种以氧氯化锆(ZrOCl2·8H2O)和二水磷酸二氢钠(NaH2PO4·2H2O)为原料的低温固相反应法制备NaZr2(PO4)3粉体.通过XRD,SEM和Raman等测试手段系统研究了磷酸盐用量对制备磷酸锆钠粉体的影响.结果 表明:采用超量的磷酸盐有利于纯相磷酸锆钠粉体的合成.同时当锆盐与磷酸盐的摩尔比为2∶5.4时,能够合成平均粒径1μm,尺寸均匀,分散性良好的磷酸锆钠粉体.研究发现研磨时发生的固相反应对磷酸锆钠粉体的制备有重要作用,一方面促进了无定型磷酸锆钠的产生,有利于磷酸锆钠晶体形成;另一方面原位生成的氯化钠为晶体的生长提供了良好的液相环境,促进了磷酸锆钠粉体的低温合成.该工作为磷酸锆钠粉体的大规模生产提供了一条简单有效的方法.
